I was just in Evergreen for the first time visiting my cousin and wanted to try a local coffee shop. I love supporting local small businesses when I travel. I came across Bivouac and I’m so glad I did. It’s a great little spot! Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy parking. Comfort indoor and outdoor seating options. I had the most delicious maple spice lattes! Highly recommend a visit here whether you live near by or are just visiting!

I met these beautiful people at the Dusty Lizard motorcycle rally and the coffee is so delicious! Medium roast was being served, so well balanced! I purchased each roast bag, and am enjoying the Crux, dark roast, rich chocolate and deep earthy notes. So excited to try the espresso and sun seeker!

Not much in the way of food, but the coffee is amazing and you can grab a bite from the restaurants next door to enjoy with your coffee. Outdoor seating is great.

I rode a motorcycle from Alaska to Utah in September last year, pointing my tires toward connection, trail riding, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Rene was up long before dawn, brewing the smoothest and finest of blends. While it’s a known fact that every cup of coffee shared across a sunrise and bonfire with fellow riders is the cup you’ll ever drink, Bivouac Coffee really is something to carry home with you. I bought my favorites and enjoyed excellent brew for the next two months as I made my way back toward home. Take the long way home, always. Pack light and treat yourself to this coffee.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, not just as customers but as guests. The attention to detail here is exceptional. Bivouac is a GREAT place, with INCREDIBLE coffee, and AMAZING/FRIENDLY staff with just the right touch of comfortable seating (couch area is my favorite) and ability to work and spread-out. I come here just about every week (less weeks I travel), now going on a couple of years, year round. Parking can be a bit tricky but have always managed to find a spot. Did I say how GREAT the staff are and the BEAUTIFUL coffee!?

This spot has a cool vibe and serves excellent espresso and drip coffee, made with their own naturally processed, house-roasted beans. Nikki was super friendly—I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, and they fixed it for me without hesitation. Great coffee, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back! Bonus: Some drinks come with a Stroopwafel!
